My Former Teacher Passed Away

I was reading the obituaries in the newspaper and discovered that my 5th grade history teacher passed away on Sept. 16th. He was 62. My mom used to see him in the grocery store all the time and we pass his house quite often. Neither of us knew that he was ill. Apparently, he was in a convalescent home for a while. My mom is going to be shocked because of the circumstances AND the fact that she knew him pretty well since she interned in his class while getting her degree in Education.

Please pray for the repose of his soul.
