Guild Of The Blessed Sacrament In The Uk?

Dear Phamily,

I am interested in helping to set up a Guild of the Blessed Sacrament (or similar) within our Parish. I am trying to gather information so that I discuss it fully with our Parish Priest.
However, I am not having a great deal of luck with Google or emailing parishes that already have Guilds here in the UK.
Does anyone know if there is a central council or body I can correspond with? Or better yet have any information on what is necessary to set a Guild up?
My Parish is based in the UK, if that is a consideration. I would be grateful for any advice and assistance.
