faithcecelia
Good to hear you liked it. I am so pleased I finally gave the EF Mass a go - sadly I was put pff for a long, long time by some websites It is not the Mass I would choose to attend exclusively, but I do get a lot from it and as nanny to a very demanding child, that hour or so of almost complete silence where I can allow myself to focus solely on God and then recieve Him in the eucharist, is time I treasure. It angered me until I read more posts I think I'd want a friend to go with me to my first ef mass, so I don't feel too out of place >_>

I sat in the back, and that way I could see what the people in front of me were doing so I knew they weren't all looking at me and thinking, "What is she DOING?" MithLuin
Haha, yeah, it's hard not to feel like a visitor or nonCatholic when you go to the first one. As for an elf mass....would that be in elf-latin (ie, Quenya)? Because if so, I would soooooo go! It's a beautiful language; it sounds like Finnish. Here's the Lord's Prayer in Quenya:
Átarema i ëa han ëa, na aire esselya, aranielya na tuluva, na care indómelya cemende tambe Erumande. Ámen anta síra ilaurëa massamma, ar ámen apsene úcaremmar sív' emme apsenet tien i úcarer emmen. Álame tulya úsahitenna mal áme etelehta ucullo. Násie.
See, I can already say 'Amen' so we're good to go! Readings would have to be limited, though. So far, the only parts of the Bible that have been translated are: the first two chapters of Genesis, Luke 2, the first 5 chapters of Matthew, and everything by John. No, really: http://folk.uib.no/hnohf/ Scroll down to 'Post-Tolkien Quenya Compositions'
