Basilisa Marie
Use government to prevent people from making private decisions--end up giving government the power to control private decisions. Good luck getting priests to perform the sacrament of marriage without your permission slip from the government. How denigrating is that? Laudate_Dominum
The libertarian, "global warming is a hoax," named kid after Ayn Rand, Austrian economics guy. Yes, I'm that desperate.

Socrates
I voted Ron Paul because he's the one truly serious about reducing the size of federal government and it spending (despite his craziness regarding certain issues - he's not quite the messiah some make him out to be). After that, probably Rick Perry or Michele Bachmann. After that Anybody But Obama (though I might make an exception to that if that clown Trump decides to run as an independent). And asking folks to post in a thread about political candidates without debating is kind of like asking them to draw a square circle, but anyway . . . Amppax
Yeah, I may just vote for Ron Paul. At one time I would have given him serious props for naming a kid after Ayn Rand. Ah, High school. Oh whoops. I voted other. Don't remember why exactly now. Probably voting for Winnie, with Hassy as his running mate. that would be fun to watch.
