I have always preferred the right uppercut.

I am picking up what you are laying down.

I would like to give a solid right hook/haymaker combo to employment. Or lack thereof. Whatever.

Left hooks are better, jussayin. More surprise.

As I am left-handed, i'm going to post about a problem i would solve with a left hook.

packing for school, its annoying.

Variations on the theme are permissable. Jabs, uppercuts and combo punches are all encouraged.

I would like to give a right hook to the people who caused, and the people who refused to take care of a situation that happened in high school that still gives me nightmares and causes me to lose sleep eight years later.

I can highly recommend PET therapy for PTSD. And yeah, you can get PTSD from things like highschool bullying. Tetris is also shown to help. They aren't sure exactly why, but playing tetris after a traumatic event seems to help keep PTSD from forming. Too late to keep it from forming after 8 years, but worth a try.

Hmmm...an excuse to play tetris? I LIKE THIS! :smile3: I had been in therapy for other things, and thought this was getting better, too, but I think the baby coming has brought a lot of the anxiety back. It was also never the actual focus, though it was discussed. I also don't think I ever really admitted how bad it could get. I guess I should add that to the list of doctors to find after we move.

You can do PET on your own with a work book. With vets, it has a 50% drop out rate, but for those who stick with it, the best success rate of anything dealing with PTSD. I did it with a psychiatrist here, but it was free. I was never treated in the US because I couldn't afford it. This is the workbook we used:http://www.amazon.com/Reclaiming-Your-Life-Traumatic-Experience/dp/0195308484/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1313689264&sr=1-2
