she_who_is_not
Just out of curiosity, what does chicory coffee taste like? I heard about that on a movie based in New Orleans and I've always wondered what it would be like. I usually stick to my Dunkin' Donuts Original Blend.
I don't know how to explain it. It's a deeper flavor. I don't drink it everyday, but I do serve it after dinner at dinner parties quite frequently. It pairs well with a rich dessert and it always draws the Louisianians into the kitchen. You can buy the Cafe du Monde brand in most grocery stores. At least in the south. Try it! And there was a bunch of people from France on vacation or something. I'm saying stuff that is...

GraceUk
At first I couldn't think of four and now I have too many. Saint Therese of Lisieux (my favourite saint) Ven Margaret Sinclair (Because she is from Scotland like me and had a hard life I think) Saint Gianna Mollo (because she was an amazing mother) Saint Maria Goretti. (she is one of my very favourite saints)

MissyP89
1) St. Maria Goretti is my patron. She and I would get along so well -- both fun-loving, family oriented people. 2) St. Monica ... I have so, so much to learn from her. And she would understand me intimately. 3) St. Peter knew Jesus in the flesh. He could answer all my doubts, and talk about the early Church. 4) St. Joseph. The ideal father and husband. I have a deep affection for him.
