My upcoming test on Tuesday night.
Can I say my eventual chrismation if that is Orthodox?

i hope my meager prayers are able to help someone out today. :)

They did. My dad told me earlier today that my grandfather is making a good recovery and was able to sit up in a chair and eat today. This means, barring any complications that suddenly pop up, he will be able to be discharged tomorrow afternoon. :)

Got a long week ahead of me ... including my first session with my new (much more sane, and female) driving instructor.

And for Brian, that his truck gets fixed soon and he can handle the finances for that.

Thanks for all your prayers. God willing, in a few weeks they'll turn into praises. :)

That I find a sense of peace with my career/job/lifeplan stuff

My debt situation

Pray for a friend of mine who did not pass the state bar exam.

Thank you Lil Red. Your prayers are appreciated.

For a very special intention. For my meeting with my s.d. on Monday. For my aunt's health. For the retreat I'm doing at the end of this month.

You are so sweet, Lil Red, to continue to pray for our intentions. God bless you. :)

If you could please pray for my autobiography presentation that I'm giving to my CRHP sisters on Tuesday, I'd appreciate it. I already wrote the entire thing out on the computer and it's 7 pages long. I'm supposed to fill at least 15 minutes, but I think I've got it covered. It's very emotional, too, because I'm talking about my depression and the hopelessness I experienced when I was first diagnosed at 16. I know I'm going to cry when I read it.

My grandfather is also recuperating at home from his nephrectomy surgery (removal of a kidney). He has to be assisted to walk and do things because he is very sore. It's putting a lot of strain and burden on my grandmother because she is his primary caregiver. Please pray for the both of them.

And, as always, please pray that I make the right decisions in my discernment -- especially since I'm visiting the Sisters I am most interested in next month. There is that natural worry that I may get ahead of myself and try to look for signs like I did with the Carmelites, so I'm trying to be cautious and rely on internal peace and the will of God in prayer to help me.

Thanks a million for your prayers! :)

Aww. :console: There are worse places to sleep than in the arms of the Lord though? I know I'm guilty of doing it too sometimes at the perpetual Adoration chapel back home.

For a lady I went through school with. An old classmate of mine. She was in a terrible car accident yesterday. An 18 wheeler slammed into her car. She died. Her daughter is now in a coma, and her granddaughter is barely holding on for dear life...
