she_who_is_not Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 Pham, My schedule has been extremely erratic over the summer and as a result my sleep schedule has gotten way off. This is my third week of working 10-12 hour days with 2-3 hours sleep at night. It is taking a toll on my mental health. I know that I'm in a vicious cycle because I use caffeine to stay alert at work and then I can't sleep. I feel a little like I'm losing my mind at this point. Please pray for me. Pray that a dificult situation resolves, that I get some sleep, and that I can keep a hold of my sanity until things calm down. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
