Maybe DemonSlayer does not have access to Chips Ahoy! in his part of Australia...

Never seen them in the UK either, but we get Oreos. I can't buy them, though, as they refuse to be put away once opened

AH! I never even considered the possibility that Chips Ahoy! were banned in Brisbane, contraband in Canberra, or suppressed in Sydney!

Those wiley Australians!

The State department needs to open negotiations to spread Ships of Joy among ALL of our allies!

You really have too much time on your hands to come up with alliteration like that. :|

I'm probably the only person on earth who doesn't like Oreos. What can I say? It's my fate never to be like anyone else. (I don't think I really believe in "fate," but it was a nice word for the sentence.) I seriously dislike Chips Ahoy.

Milk is "Meh."

However, I thoroughly approve of cookies in general as one of the basic food groups, just not Oreos or Chips Ahoy. My favorite cookies are my own variation on "Auntie's Heart Attack Cookies"--guaranteed to fill your yearly requirement of cholesterol, fat, and sugar in just one medium cookie.

I do like milk when mixed with chocolate. Also, milk in the form of cream goes with almost anything, such as Kahlua and Bailey's, to name two. Or Irish coffee if you have to stay awake (but drunk). "Auntie's Heart Attack Cookies" substitute cream for milk. Cream on cereal is good, too. You cram more cholesterol and fat into your daily diet if you start the day with cream on your cereal, cream in your tea, and cream on your strawberries. Whipped cream with fresh strawberries is amesome on pancakes.

My legs have huge bruises from kicking myself so hard for going to bed early last night and missing all the fun. The nights I DO stay up, people only want to talk about heresies I've never heard of, and I just want to say, "Okay, let's all agree, the Albigensians were wrong, and now let's talk about something where I can take part in the conversation." Lest you think I am showing off--I had to look up "Albigensian" in the dictionary, and may have the spelling wrong anyway, and I don't really remember what they thought, and please feel free to refrain from reminding me, they're dead anyway, so they won't be coming to my door to try to convert me. I pinky finger promise not to believe Albigensianism, whatever it was, because no one expects the Spanish Inquisition, and I looked that up too, because I know almost nothing about the Spanish inquisition except from Monty Python, because I hardly remember anything I learned in college, except that it's wrong to laugh if the guy wants to start your date with prayer--even then I was a really bad non-Catholic Christian. But, that's another thread.

The few brain cells I had left have have melted in the Midwest heat wave, so please do not expect clarity (or conciseness) from me today. I remember how to use the keyboard and where the cold drinks are, and that may be all anyone can expect from me today.

I love this post!!
When you can make a post with the words "Oreo", "Albigensianism", "Spanish Inquisition", "Meh", and "I seriously dislike Chips Ahoy" that is some serious talent!
(esp. the disliking chips ahoy part)
Oreos are almost the best cookie ever!

And Heart Attack Cookies sound amazing, by the way! If I had to have a heart attack, I would want it to be caused by some seriously amazing cookies.

I think they're purged in Perth.
