Me, too! I was thrilled to the bone when we got Netflix and saw it on there. My husband actually enjoyed it, too. Good times!

And Secretariat was amesome, yes! I love a good, heartwarming story. And John Malkovich was pretty funny, too. :)

I used to love Pippi Longstocking when I was a kid. Such a fun movie! Secretariat was an amesome movie, wasn't it?

In case anyone is interested, Pippi is available on DVD to buy on Amazon for VERY cheap!

I know! LOL! I thought John Malkovich was hilarious, too. He has always been a great actor as far as I'm concerned. I also really liked his portrayal of a blind man in Places in the Heart.

I'm thinking about purchasing Pippi on DVD. I haven't watched that movie in quite a while. I used to have a Netflix subscription, but ended it when I became unemployed last year. I feel like a kid again when I watch that movie. My favorite part will ALWAYS be when they are cleaning Pippi's house with the brush shoes (Scrubbing Day). If only cleaning was as fun as that when you have to do it in your house. LOL!

Did you know that they actually make little mop slippers now? I saw them at Wal-Mart!

Seriously, with two small kids and a puppy running around, I could totally use those! Then all I have to do is throw on some Scrubbing Day to soundtrack my chores!

Get some the next time you are at Wal-Mart! I just thought they were hilarious because they reminded me so much of the scrubbing shoes Pippi wore! I love the Scrubbing Day song. :)

I cannot believe I forgot to list 3rd Rock from the Sun! I loved watching that show, especially when Johnsonville brat wore the leather pantaloons and died his hair or when the whole family came down with the flu! LOL!

Ok, I don't know why, but that is not what I wrote -- Johnsonville brat. I wrote the High Commander's name -- D.ick. It must have changed because it also used as a dirty word.

Yeah, it does that. It's "fun" talking politics with Johnsonville brat Cheney, Johnsonville brat Morris, etc. Or Bewitched: Johnsonville brat York vs. Johnsonville brat Sergent. On another board I frequent, filtered words are replaced with ****. So, if we are talking about D.ick van Dyke (which we do), it comes out as **** van ****. We've decided to just call him Van.
