*sigh* <_<

Why do you live so dang far away?

You know. Perhaps I'll just come. Yes. I like that.

yay! I would recommend avoiding hurricane season. For us, the most dangerous period is Aug 15 - Sept 15 (or whenever the first good cold front passes by).

:like: I approve of that. I'm going to write it on my hand for my run tomorrow. Thanks, Max!

Third run wasn't too bad. I didn't get quite as sore toward the end, and was able to keep a bit of a faster speed for longer. Tomorrow is the last day of week one, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'll be able to keep up with the rapid acceleration from there.

Shower time! :brutebeast:

I'm pretty sure a friend of mine is doing that same program right now. I wanna say he's on week four or five. Anyway, I think after week one you get used to it. That's pretty amesome though. I'm trying to run more too!

Also, tgoldson, if you read this, do you have any tips on how to increase your lung capacity? Other than sore calves, it seems like my currant obstacle to longer running is shortness of breath. Or is huffing and puffing just going to be a constant companion?

Sing cadences really loud, that will get your lungs up to par... or not. Eventually your breathing will synchronize with your running. If all turns out right you should be able to do sprints while running and still be able to breath steadily, just have to keep it up and get your body in shape.
