Pio Nono
JMJ 4/26 - Third Monday of Easter ThomasPeter, "Angelos" is a Greek word meaning messenger; if angels appear, they always have a message. They don't do it for fun. If he tells you to do something your conscience forbids, he's probably not from God. There's a famous story of a saint to whom the devil appeared in the appearance of Christ. As "Christ" began to speak to this saint, the saint became suspicious and asked Christ if he could see His wounds. At this, the devil disappeared from his sight. Thankfully, God normally chooses to speak through His Church for klutzes like me. Hope this helps. Yours, Pio Nono
