LaPetiteSoeur
So There is an order in PA (I think) that is Franciscan in origin that wears a habit and teaches (I think) whose motherhouse is also in PA. Does anyone know what order it is? It's been bugging me all day! Thanks Pham!
There are these sisters: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Sister-Servants-of-the-Most-Sacred-Heart-of-Jesus/145975278785277 These: http://www.capuchinsisters.com/ (they don't teach, though...) so, I read this as Hey vs. pham... and while it didn't make any sense that "hey" was challenging the pham, I took it as a challenge... can you find the order if these aren't either of them, I will keep looking. FutureSister2009
What color habit do they wear? Do you have a picture. You should google Franciscans in PA
LaPetiteSoeur
It was indeed the capuchin sisters. I'm not interested in joining them, but I had seen them before and couldn't remember their name! Thanks so much! And I didn't know how to fix "Vs"-I meant "Hey VS Pham!" But it was an order challenge. Perhaps we could make a game out of this.

TeresaBenedicta
I really love the Capuchin Sisters. A lot. As in, I'd consider discerning with them if I were still discerning orders.

I've considered contacting them but I was just really confused because there are two convents in two different cities.. Is one of them for the novitiate or something? faithcecelia
Ooooooh, I have a 'name that order' too, if anyone can help?? I'm looking for an Italian community of sisters who wear a completely bright blue habit. They are an active community who do catechising amongst other work. Thanks for any suggestions! Shana
I went on two come and see retreats with the Capuchin Sisters of Nazareth though I didn't go expecting to feel called particularly to them and didn't feel that I had a vocation but they're great! Here's a facebook album I made with pictures from my second visit which was this past fall: http://www.facebook....22&l=446a904599 If you or anyone has questions about them I may be able to answer some. I was indulging my curiosity/nosiness(!) about which community a friend may have been in, and this looks like it, plus the dates seem right!
