ilovechrist
interesting poll.... since i have the pleasure of homeschooling, my uniform consists of: pj pants with cool surfboards all over them, thick comfy socks, and a muscle tank... so i enjoy my uniform greatly
Fiat_Voluntas_Tua
I go to a public school...so I don't have a problem with not wearing uniforms...AS LONG AS PEOPLE DRESS MODESTLY! That rarely happens. Pax et Agape per MAria, Andy
Thy Geekdom Come
If only we had school uniforms here... Cassocks for one and all!!!
crusader1234
Tie and a SportsJacket! Ooh yeah. And sometimes, when its hot, we get to wear the school polo shirt. I'm sick of our uniforms. I want to go to school in sweats. Maybe the school should have a uniform which requires sweats. All the same sweats... but still sweats.
Iacobus
We can wear whatever we want. Cept next year I plan on wearing a suit and taking over as a "sub" in one of the freshmen classes,
Paladin D
Nay. Though modesty should be enforced.

Colleen
It doesn't matter anymore, since I'm in college. There are good and bad aspects. A good reason is, you can wear the exact same thing each day and no one cares. You focus more on a person's character than what they wear (though it's not always the case). But I hated our dress code at my highschool. Khakis and white or navy blue polos. The colors just made everyone look drained. I voted nay, but there are good reasons for having uniforms. crusader1234
ilovechrist I think thats more of a Catch me if you can reference from Iacobus. Haha, anyways... I still hate my suit. The all girl's school makes them wear kilts.
VeraMaria
We have a "dress code". Polo shirts (but it can be any polo shirt...) solid colored pants (but they cant be jeans)....I hate it. Either have a uniform or dont, but its really annoying..."you can have this but not this".... I think uniforms are easier in a way, because you dont have to worry about what to wear, and less issues with modesty (especially with girls...in my school its insane what they get away with ) So I just voted I cant wait to graduate...i would preffer uniforms to our "dress code" though...there are too many "what if"s
Iacobus
Lol poor Vera, I would hate that. Even more reason to move to the Midwest, maybe you can be in one of the classes I take over... crusader1234, it is a Catch me if you can referincae. I loved that movie, but than again the day I saw it I was a mess. Febuary 1, 2003. I woke up to a phone call from a friend, "They lost contact!!" I was like "huh, Andrew explain this to me who lost contact with what? I heard STS-107 Columbia. That is when I started to cry, and didn't stop all day except for that movie, so it had to be good. If fact at that time a Duyba speech would have been good, lol. BTW, I didn't know anyone on STS 107 it is just that I am a space nut, lol.
crusader1234
Thats sad... but on a happier note my cousin is in that movie. If you are a real hardcore fan, hes the guy helping the blind man up the stairs at the hotel. He has a line or two.

master_alterserver
Well, I did not vote. There are pros and cons. If this world was a modest one, we would not need uniforms. With any decision, there will be a select group that will try and reform a decision. With school uniforms, there are more pros than cons though.
