BarbTherese
Maximilianus
Enjoy the video! from WYD 2011 Inaugural Mass in Madrid
What a great habit in this pic! (pic posted by Maximilianus on the 7th October 2011) It is lovely to see religious in joyful, happy colours - while I appreciate religious in the far more subdued as well. As well as those religious in secular clothing. Re post by IgnatiusofLoyola posted "today". I think probably those religious in uncomfortable veils may regard any discomfort as penitential jwith as much joy as they can muster. And I have heard at least one story from a religious of just how pentitential it really can be and what a relief it was to her to transition to the modified veil. She had suffered constant headaches and migraines in the unmodified version. As she was telling me all this, it occured to me that it was a sure sign to me that she truly had The Grace of her vocation that she persevered through the constant headaches, migraines and suffering for many years indeed. They have a very nice website and photos.
Not in line with the pope. It's very sad, since they do seem to have a wonderful apostolate. We must pray for their return to the true Church! (and I made the same mistake about them, too! MM figured it out that they were sedevacantist.)
