Police do not know where the shooter is, but they have someone in mind. Pray they catch the killer. Please pray for the repose of Xavier's soul. He wasn't a nobody...He wasn't insignificant. Now he is gone...another young victim involved in a deadly shooting, who's life was cut too short. Life goes on, right? Well, not for family, not for his friends and those who loved him...
