It comes in stages. The ultrasound, hearing the heart beat, and feeling the first kick did it for me.

It still blows my mind that I am a daddy for three beautiful little children. I think it always remains real and yet, somehow, unreal for me.

Just remember, you're wife is actually getting thinner, its just the baby that is making her tummy bigger, but she hasn't really gained any weight.
