In college our favorite happy hour insanity was called a pickle-eyed cowboy (our college mascot). It was basically every white liquor thrown into a blender with a half gallon of ice cream. We couldn't walk after a carafe of that stuff.

Elegant in its simplicity, with a smooth creamy finishn and subtle undertones of tomorrow's hangover.

Alright folks, I need your help.

I don't go out all that often. And when I do, I generally get the same thing. I need to explooooore a bit. ;-)

What should I try tonight?

Here are my 'usuals':

Long Island Ice Tea
Lemon Drop
Mojito
Sex on the Beach

I want to branch out a bit. What say ye?

Drink Vodka, then have some whiskey, then have guinness to keep you going. Unless you're drunk enough that taste doesn't matter. Then just drink any beer.

Any type of Don Q rum mixed with ginger ale. If the establishment you are in doesn't stock Don Q, leave.

These are obviously the words of a wise man. Listen to him.

better melon ball (thats madori, peach snapps and lemon lime soada), any Daquri, side cars, the ever popular margarita.

I personally like gin and tonic with extra lime.

But of course my dear canookian buddy! They sure know how to distill a fine whiskey up there, for years I drank Jack Black then I discovered a much better whiskey from Canada, do you blame me for changing, eh?

Too bad you can't get any Alberta Premium up there.

It's one of the few 100% rye whiskies out there.
