MissScripture
It could just be where I'm living, but it seems like half the country is either under water or being hit by tornadoes. Crazy weather!

MissScripture
PLEASE TAKE SOME OF OUR WATER! Seriously. I live in North Dakota. We are supposed to be a dry, arid state. Instead, we are supposed to have flooding through at least the end of June and possibly till August...
Vincent Vega
Send it down. I love rainy days and we haven't had one in ages.
BG45
We've lost two trees in the past month in the Oak Grove on campus. Apparently no one even knows the last time we lost a single tree in it from heavy winds, because no one was working then that is now, and we have people who have been around three decades. Lil Red
It could just be where I'm living, but it seems like half the country is either under water or being hit by tornadoes. Crazy weather!
It will only get worse in the south for flooding. We are having flooding here, which will lead to flooding in the south. And the snowpack hasn't even started melting yet. Which means it will get even worse. And they are forecasting three weeks of rain coming. I hope they are wrong.
Ed Normile
Naw, its just you, and me and most the midwest. We have had rain here in central Ohio almost non-stop since mid april. Tomorrow we are expecting severe weather again, just yesterday we had two tornadoes within a few miles of us, and everything is flooding all round here. ed
MissScripture
Yeah, they're upping the outflow from the reservoir on Friday and again on Monday. Houses are already flooding in the lower areas, and the water level is going up at least another 3 feet. Although, why people built below flood level anyway, is a mystery to me... This already will be the worst flooding here in over 35 years.
There will be some of that here, too, but what has started flooding is mainly below the flood level, its with the increase of water from the reservoir that things are going to really get ugly. Any predictions on how long your flooding will last?

Like I said, we are forecasted for rain for the next three weeks, and the ground is already saturated from the wettest May on record ever for my area. And all this rain feeds into the river which feeds the Missouri River which feeds into the Mississippi River. The south thinks they have flooding now? Just wait.
