Ed Normile
I have never seen that movie, but back when I was a young sailor that was how they marked the end of the navigation maps so people would not sail off the edge of the world into oblivion, [font="Comic Sans MS"][color="#ff0000"][u][i][b]There Be Dragons !! thessalonian
I saw it last weekend. Seemed there was a movie in there that I loved and another parallel one in there that I didn't like so much. But in the end it was all appropriately so, considering the parallel lives portrayed. The end was a bit strange for me though it put forth the concept of the great mercy of God for those who lead a sinful life but in general a thumbs up. Rebecca2009
I was crying in different parts of it, especially near the end. I loved the scenes of Josemaria saying Mass, things like that. I think the man who portrayed Josemaria was excellent. I will definitely want to buy the DVD when it becomes available, I'd love for my family to watch this movie. There were several memorable lines.....one of my favorites was when Josemaria said "The love of my life is Jewish!" Cherie
Glad to know this is out there!!! I LOVE St. Josemaría Escrivá and I had NO idea this movie was even out there to begin with! How did y'all even know about it??? I'm not sure there are any theatres here that are playing it (I'll have to check) but I will definitely get this on DVD when it comes out
