delegate responsibility....find a responsible person in each of the other areas that's willing to organize it.

maybe set up some sort of web-cam thing, so everyone can see each other at one point.

it wont work cuz the ppl who are at the event in dallas can't bilocate since its featuruing them at the event. they cant be at two places at once.

no no no....the point is to have a separate event, on the same day, for the people who can't make it to dallas, in an area thats more convenient to people who are far away

I live about 20 minutes away from Dallas, so..of corse count me in!

I loove the multiple even Idea..dUSt, I'm sure you could find 2 other ppl who live in the area of the other 2 events, that would be more then happy to help.
