If anyone else here watched Cosmos growing up I believe it was the "apple pie" episode (the part autotuned in that cool song) in which Sagan demonstrates the absurd immensity a googolplex. 'Twas good stuff.

However, I think it is very intolerant of the Math Nazis to not allow dividing by zero.

There should be a law that forces mathematicians to allow division by zero. It gives the mathematicians an unfair advantage over non-mathematicians.

My aunt was talking about some program she was watching the Discovery channel about scientists predicting the end of the world according to the predictions by Nostradamus. They were trying to use math, machines, and psychics. The worst part about it is my "Catholic" aunt believed all this garbage. I just wanted to tell her to be quiet because it sounded so dumb.
