Brother Adam
I have a copy sitting next to me, but I am not allowed to quote out of it or 'publicly display it' until Thursday. I have been reading it this afternoon and it is the definition of amesome. Skip the Little Black Book, buy it for your Lenten reading.
Nihil Obstat
Fr. Z was given permission to discuss a few sections, so I know a little bit of what it's about. My copy shipped today, according to Amazon.
Brother Adam
It is dense, highly theological, and clocks in at over 350 pages. There are a couple of quotes I am dying to put here, but have to wait.
Nihil Obstat
I had to read the first volume very slowly, and I still didn't take in as much as I wanted. I really wish I could just dedicate a full week to reading and digesting it.
kafka
It is dense, highly theological, and clocks in at over . . . pages.
that would be a good working definition of a German theologian.

TeresaBenedicta
I've been thinking about purchasing it... but I can only afford the kindle version right now... and that's the sort of book where I'd definitely want a physical copy. I also need to reread the first volume... although I'm not sure how imperative that is to reading this new one.

Innocent
I contacted the St. Paul's bookstore here and they said it'll be available next week. I hope it's not costlier than the last one was. (Though I do not in the least regret spending what I did for the previous book, I like to hope that in the near future, Popes will follow Cory Doctorow's model.)
