My friend and I are planning to take a vacation to Costa Rica in June. Have any of you guys been down there? Where should we go? And what should we see?

We're planning to go down to the Oso Peninsula and possibly fly back into the jungle. Nice beaches on the Oso Peninsula (Drake Bay)?

I have never taken a vacation, if you do not take pictures and post them somewhere so I can see them I am gonna cyber-punch you in the nose! Open a Flickr account, or post some here, I would love to see real pictures, not the posed Nat-Geo types of travel ad pictures. Man have a blast, but take some pictures and share em.

In the San Carlos Fortuna area, definitely do the rainforest surrounding the Arenal volcano. You can go at night (with binoculars) and see lava pouring down the sides! Hanging Bridges near Arenal is GORGEOUS- and seeing birds, frogs, snakes, etc. is a given :)
