OnlySunshine
Meant for fun, I thought I'd ask what everyone's favorite food from England was. It doesn't have to be just one thing, either. I bought some Cadbury's Milk Chocolate covered digestive biscuits from the grocery store today and they were really good. I have yet to try them with tea or coffee, which is the norm for digestive biscuits. I really love Twinings tea (especially Lady Grey and English Breakfast). I suppose Cadbury Cream Eggs count since Cadbury is an English based company.

CatherineM
I also like yorkshire pudding, scones, bangers, aged cheddar, treacle tart, and of course fish and chips. They make really good fish and chips here.

OnlySunshine
The grocery store has an English food section in the ethnic aisle and they have all sorts of things. I saw that spotted d**k pudding, treacle pudding (which actually sounded pretty good), teas, all sorts of candy, biscuits, and cooking sauces. I looked some of the stuff up, like the candy, and the Nestle Lion bar sounds really good. It's like a cross between 100 Grand and Crunch. Nestle Lion Bar They also have a box of stuff to make fried fish for fish and chips. I'm planning to get it and some haddock or cod to make fish and chips during Lent. Bangers and mash sounds really good, too. Kolbe has just offended every Irishman that ever lived, and disgusted every Brit who will ever be born. (Who will not many, given the current birth rate.) ~Sternhauser
