Whoever thought of this is !

Don't try to debunk, and just laugh to yourself when nobody's around because you will never be able to convince them ever through any kind of logic, because that kind of person doesn't mind that over 30,000,000 people were legally murdered by abortion doctors in the U.S.

My guess is that their line of thinking is something like this:

If there isn't a cheap way to get contraceptives, then there will be more unwanted pregnancies and therefore more abortions.

And to help you debunk that, about 55% of the babies who are aborted were conceived when their mothers were using some form of contraception. And about half of women having an abortion have had one previously.

These statistics come from the Guttmacher Institute, which is Planned Parenthood's own research group. The statistics are in this article, and you may find it interesting to read it completely through. Their main point seems basically this:

Reducing repeat abortion must start with reducing repeat unintended pregnancy, which goes back to the basic challenge of helping women prevent unintended pregnancies in the first place.

But rather than recognizing the obvious solutions - abstaining from sex, NFP, helping people become more open to life, and providing resources to help both the mother and baby who are in a crisis pregnancy - they go the way of promoting drugs that alter the natural cycles of our bodies and then killing babies if that doesn't work. Prayers that those who follow this line of "reasoning" will have their minds and hearts opened :amen:

We could probably have fewer unwanted pregnancies if we banned alcohol too. Then we get Capones.

Not to mention contraception.

There's a movie available on dvd called "Blood Money", and it's all about the abortion industry. An ex-planned parenthood director turned pro life advocate spoke about their tactics to get more abortions: Give out cheap or nearly expired birth control pills, so that the girls would have more confidence to practice "safe sex". When you combine having more sex with not taking your medication the right way (ex: at the same time each day) as many irresponsible young girls do, chance of getting pregnant increases. Once they realize they're pregnant, who do they go to? Not their parents... they go to Planned Parenthood for help. The director said, "It's the best business tactic out there. Sell a faulty product so that when it fails, the consumer has no choice but to buy another more expensive product, in our case, an abortion."

So... that's all I have to say about that.

This is human logic and fails to take in to consideration the nature of man, which is corrupt. The theory of course is that planned parenthood provides contraception and so contraception prevents pregnancy and therefore no unwanted babies, no abortion. Funny how PP performs over 400,000 abortions a year. the truth is that contraception first of all is not perfect and people also fail to use it properly. Condoms are only 85 percent effective at preventing pregnancy according to the center of disease control. Further this means of making human sex "better" has addicted people to sex before marriage. So the frequency of sex has increased dramatically. Now a little math. If one who would have no sex, disuaded by the possibility of preganancy has sex 100 times and uses a condom, what is the likelyhood that a conception will occur on average???? It is clear from the time that contraception became widely used that out of wedlock births went up dramatically and so the "need" for abortion has gone up dramatically. One of course should note that the other part of this not considered is the huge increase in STDs. Planned Parenthoods methods have helped greatly in increasing these as well.

Without Hittler there would have been more abortions amongst Jews too.

What's next, without cigarette companies there would be more oral cancer?
