Francis Thompson's "The Hound of Heaven"

That's one of my all time favourite poems.

I'm not sure that these people count as full-fledged poets, but

Cardinal Newman tried his hand at poetry with The Dream of Gerontius and some of his other poems are listed on Poemhunter.

Tolkien wrote a few poems, though I suppose they were not his main interest. (Anyway, I'm a bit surprised MithLuin hasn't mentioned JRRT.)

Maurice Francis Egan, who wrote the engaging Confessions of a Book-Lover, also published a book of poetry. (Review of his book from the NYT archives.)

Since Belloc and GKC have been mentioned, I thought I'd mention Msgr. Robert Hugh Benson, too.

Hilaire Belloc.

From his writings:

"The world is full of double beds
And most delightful maidenheads,
Which being so, there’s no excuse
For sodomy or self-abuse."
