True. I'm being detrimentally imprecise if I say that I hate Republicans or Democrats, because neither is true. I hate many of the concepts Republicans and Democrats stand for.

Because the Church stands for a Third Way, sorry if you didn't realize it. And it's not a compromise of either of the sides, it's actually an side of it's own, if you want to use that sort of language.

The Church stands for moral principles, not for or against any political party.

Catholics should vote for whatever candidate of any (or no) party best supports those moral principles.


And, incidentally, no, the Church does not stand for anarchy.
