Donna
Off soy: now it's rice milk. A gal's gotta do what she's gotta do.
Sojourner
I must say, in choosing between soy and rice I like rice much better ...
DemonSlayer
I prefer whole because of the taste to skim, but there's normally skim milk at home, but either way I prefer chocolate milk.

Mrs. Bro. Adam
Anything other than skim is disguting. 1%, 2% and whole are too creamy for me....

It's so good! It's not as thick as milk, so it has a better taste, I think. I literally gulp it. LOL.

DemonSlayer
I hate soy milk and rice milk, but I haven't tried goat's milk or the milk of any other animals other than cows.
Ellenita
Semi skimmed, but only in my cup of tea! I couldn't ever drink a glass of milk - it reminds me of when I was little and we had to have a bottle of milk at school everyday, we weren't given any choice, and it was always warm because it had been sitting in the sun all morning - Yuk! :freak: :spit:
Paladin D
Soy milk. A lot of soy milk products taste pretty horrible, that is why I'm picky. http://www.silkissoy.com makes great soy milk products, you can find them in most major supermarkets. lilac_angel
I've stopped drinking soy milk because it could be dangerous... http://www.rense.com/health/soydanger.htm The western market has taken advantage of the soy craze to make all kinds of soy products, but the most commonly eaten (and safe) soy products in Asia are fermented ones, like tempeh and miso. Also, my husband and I drink organic milk, because of the frightening amount of antibiotics, pesticides and carcinogens in milk...check out http://www.notmilk.com. Scary stuff. We almost got scared off of milk for good, but it is good stuff so we figure organic is better than the regular stuff. The Horizon stuff is actually pretty cheap at Wal-Mart so we always stock up when we go there...milk doesn't start going bad until you open it
