ExCorde
Curiously, the domains youcat.com and youcat.edu are available... but youcat.org is a referral to some German publisher.

ExCorde
Please tell me this is real...
YouCAT is on Facebook for realz! It's a cat funniez share group apparently! But there doesn't seem to be a real website behind it.
Not anymore. I would have bought them lol. Someone beat us to it.
I don't have access to the .edu so I'm not sure, but the .com is totally there: http://www.youcat.com/sale.html It's probably safer if you use an e-mail account that you don't care about becoming a spam repository! Anything to do with cats is fishy! Edited February 7, 2011 by ExCorde
homeschoolmom
I was expecting a fusion of YouTube and LoLcats.
This.
New youth catechism from the church is much cooler.
And this.

ExCorde
Agreed. I felt so connected to JP2, and this finally seems like something that will draw more youth (including myself) to Pope Benedict16. I think this is what will help him "make his mark" with Catholic youth.
Being older, it's a bit different to me since for the last 10 years or so this man has given me hope and clarity in difficult times when I was under the risk of reducing God to someone who gives "warm hugs", as others seemed to be satisfied with, and when I started to want to know what it was all about. He showed me I wasn't alone, that there was a steady hand behind the Church and that I had a lot to aspire to personally: his intellect, his wisdom, his grace... Yet, now, this is like... when you've known your dad is working all day long for you and your family, but then your relationship with him becomes a lot more intense if he comes home with a gift and explains just exactly how he picked it for you (suited to your age, interests and needs) and how much he loves you and trusts and hopes you to make the best out of it... He's not just "there", now he's HERE (and this has also grown within me since he came to visit my hometown).
