It's good for things like chicken salads and like someone else said to throw in with pasta or something. But it is one of the foods where brand matters! Don't go for the overly cheap! It's that cheap for a reason!!

I have to congratulate you, the above bolded reply is the strangest remark I have ever seen ! Now, why would I want to see you dead? Could you see buying that chicken and opening it up to find it covered in that gelatinous substance, double yuck, then actually consider eating it? It makes me think of oysters, who the heck cracked open the first oyster shell and said, wow! I bet if I put this on a cracker with some sauce or lemon juice and swallowed it fast enough it would be great/edible.
