Guest ChaldeanSeminarian Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 I am a seminarian in the first ever Chaldean Catholic Seminary outiside of Iraq which is located in San Diego. The Chaldean Church is an Eastern Rite Catholic church that is based in Iraq. One of the Chaldean bishops in America started a seminary three years ago and named it the Seminary of Mar Abba the Great. We have four seminarians in our diocese now and I encourage you all to keep us in your prayers, and if anybody is interested in joining an Eastern Rite seminary, this would be a good place to look at. Praise God that you have a seminary in the US! You will definitely be in my prayers, and please remember us in yours.
