Nothing inherintely bad about it in and of itself. Alcohol is far worse if abused. It can be smoked in moderation. Should be legalised. I don't like the anxiety it gives me. Being sober is good.

If I lived in cali I would get a medical card. Again though I only like to smoke very small amounts. And I also don't like the anxiety. But its good for medetation n just chillin. Its all where you're at in your life. If you're a non believer and smoking there is a good shot the devil can creep in. Or if you're a believer in mortal sin getting high is not going to help that. But if you are a believer in a state of grace smoking in moderation is not a sin in my mind. I'm convinced.

Alcohol without a doubt not even a question. I mean they sell 150 proof liquor you can consume. But with that being said I would rather drink. Its more fun and makes the girls get hotter !

[left]However, today it is illegal, and the reasons include that it is easy to become addicted to it, it has unknown effects on the brain (some people experience loss of memory, loss of speech/language skills, lack of ambition and other kinds of brain damage) and it can lead to risky behavior (thinking it's okay to jump off a high building, for example). The "come-down" after you're high also sometimes is accompanied by feelings of paranoia - irrational fear. I personally have friends that got so paranoid, that they balled up in a corner until the high simmered down. [/left]
[left]I personally have never touched the stuff b/c I witnessed the impact it had on my oldest brother and his relationship with my parents. The uncertainty of whether I would be one of those people who will experience brain damage from it, since brain damage is difficult to reverse, was a huge factor. Aside from that, it's illegal, and if you get caught, you will most likely be arrested, and that in and of itself can be detrimental to any future prospects, as well, even if you never get brain damage. Plus, the fear of the wrath of my dad was immense.[/left]

Yea, I know alcohol is more dangerous. I mean...we don't ever pick up anyone overdosing on weed.

You're a cop ? You can overdose on weed for sure. Really easy. And its really strong. My dad found some of my weed before and him and my uncle couldn't believe how much stronger it was to the stuff they had growing up. So its dangerous for sure. That was 5 or 6 years ago.

No, an EMT.
I haven't been around a long time, but I have never seen anyone picked up for an overdose and neither has any EMT I've ever worked with (unless it was paired with something else).
