Can I Baptise Non Christian ?

If I have a friend who isn't christian and isn't ready to accept the fullness of truth can I baptise them ? Or should I send them to a non denominational church that doesn't teach the rapture and have them baptised there ? Is there church doctrine that prohibits me from baptising someone ? Alright Godbless.

Catholics don't believe in the Rapture either.

Haha I know reread what I wrote. The person isn't ready to accept the fullness of truth but they still need to be baptised. So can I do it or should I send them to a non denominational church that DOESN'T teach the rapture.

one could also argue they need to accept the fullness of truth, as well.

You have to [s]respect[/s] abide by their decision to reject the Truth as well.

Edited to clarify.

So if they're not ready to accept the fullness of truth they should just say the heck with it ? I thought the bible said we must be baptised to enter heaven. I thought as a catholic I'm to love my seperated protestant brothers and sisters. And accept them ? So surely I could send a friend to get baptised by them if she is more comfortable going there then the catholic church. But could I be allowed to baptise a friend or is that out of the question ?

You can't force someone to believe something. If they choose not to believe, well it's their right to do so.

They believe in Christ and God. They're just not convinced of the catholic church and ready to become catholic. They still need baptised. Can I do it ? Or is a protestant pastor a better idea ?

A Protestant pastor who baptizes validly does so as well as you do. There's only one baptism. More important is the show them the necessity of the Catholic Church.
Extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

Ok that's what I thought. So am I allowed to do it ? Or is it against church doctrine. And I agree the ultimate goal is showing the person the catholic church and complete truth. But the urgent matter is getting baptised correct ? One needs to be baptised to getinto heaven correct ? Or is that sola scripture ? Not being a smart arse but being serious.

I believe you can only do it in emergency situations. Otherwise it will be considered valid, but illicit.
Baptism is necessary for salvation. This can be expanded to include baptism by desire and baptism by blood, and baptism by desire can in the opinion of some, be further extended to implicit desire.
