My Grandmother

Hey Pham, my grandma's been on a wild roller coaster ride this past two weeks. First she went to the hospital for atrial defib, then they think she had a stroke in there. Now she's been moved to a rehab facility more than an hour away from home (so mom's going to have two hours in driving a day just to go see her) for "altered state of mind" instead of the heart stuff. So prayers would be appreciated.
