But seriously folks. Are you looking for recipes for use at home? Do you like baked fresh fish dishes ? I invented a real quick baked fish dish that is not only yummy-liscious, but has all the good stuff for you and is real quick and easy.

Ingredients
You need a shallow pan to bake it in, a toss away aluminum pan works just fine.
Fresh fish, I suggest crappie fillets you just caught but you can use Tilapia or any other store bought fish if you are not a fisher-person.
The easy part is the Swanson Steamers microwave vegetable and rice mix. I use the one with the mixed vegetables and rice in the coagulated milk flavored sauce, or the asian vegetable mix with rice.
Fish seasoning like Old Bay or Lemon fish powder stuff. These are always near the fish section in the store.

Microwave the vegetable mix of choice and place it hot in the pan, lay your fillets on top and lightly butter the top of them, or use margarine. Lightly dust the top of the fillets with Old Bay seasoning, you can also use the lemon based fish powder seasoning if you prefer. I have used both and they are both real good.

Place it in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for about 12-15 minutes, the fillets will turn white and flaky. Take it out and you have deee-liscious fillets with a side of rice with vegetables
Enjoy!

This takes less than a half hour to make and serve and if you use the throw away aluminum pan its easy to clean up.

Archaeology cat

This is my dad's recipe. There are no measurements, and I'm typing it from memory, so you might need to experiment with it some, but it's delicious. 4-5 stars.

Sirloin stuffed with mushrooms, walnuts, and breadcrumbs.

Butterfly some sirloins. They need to be pretty thick for this. Set aside while making the stuffing.

Finely chop up mushrooms of your choice and walnuts. Either make some breadcrumbs in the blender/food processor, or use ready-made. Sauté the mushrooms in some butter until softened a bit and add the walnuts and breadcrumbs. Cook a little longer. It should be moist, still, so if you need to add more melted butter, do so. Spoon stuffing into the sirloins and use cooking twine or toothpicks to keep it together (works better with the twine, as I recall, but I've used toothpicks without a problem). Cook sirloins according to your tastes. I usually broil them for a bit, and I like mine rare, so this doesn't take long.

Top with Bearnaise sauce. Sorry, I don't have the recipe for this.
