I have gotten nowhere with the records office at the school I am planning to attend this Spring term. I sent them my update application with the required documentation on the Friday before winter break and they told me they still haven't received it. I about blew a gasket when the lady on the phone told me to be patient! I've given them enough time to fix this already. I feel powerless because she told me it won't do any good to come to the campus with my information as the earliest it would be updated is tomorrow. Classes commence tomorrow and my class meets for the first time on Wednesday. What's worse is that if it doesn't get done today, they will charge me a late fee for something that is totally not my fault. I really feel like giving up and waiting until next semester. It has been a freaking nightmare trying to get someone to help me as this college has the reputation for. I knew this all along but I don't have a choice because this course is required so I can graduate but my school doesn't offer it this term. Please send your prayers that this gets finished today, otherwise, I'm not registering this semester.
