I have a t-shirt w/ the John 3:14-15 verse on it and a crucifix w/ red and white rays of divine mercy coming from Jesus' side and the US flag w/" God Bless America" printed on it, asking for God's mercy and graces on the US.

I got it from EWTN after Sept. 11. I wanted to link to a picture but their online catalogue doesn't have it anymore, I guess. It's very cool, now I guess it's a collectible

The comparison showing how the bronze serpent on the pole prefigures Jesus, that Jesus lifted on the cross saves us in this valley of tears from the Serpent's (Satan) bite, or sin, like the bronze serpent mounted on the cross saved the Israelites in the desert from snake bite is covered in my students 6th grade Rel. book.

The difference in the Greek between the terms, "mounted" in Numbers and "lifted" in John's gospel is a cool addition I'll be sure to mention, now, too.

Thanks, Ironmonk :)

I only had religion class up until Dec. of my 3rd grade year when my parents could not afford Catholic school anymore and put me in public.

I've been reading the bible since I was six. I've been heavy into Apologetics close to four years now.

God Bless,
ironmonk
