xSilverPhinx Posted May 7, 2011 Share Posted May 7, 2011 LotR (a mix of mythologies and good themes, not to mention a fantasy film which imitates historical which is basically what I like) and the Matrix (philosophically dense) would be among my favorite trilogies. Some parts were kind of gory and uncomfortable to watch, but not as bad as the media made it out to be. Very emotional and inspiring, though. I liked it a lot.
