TeresaBenedicta
Whoa!! What?! I guess never paid much attention... but Bl. Elizabeth of the Trinity is an American saint? FROM ALLENTOWN, PA?!!!!! Mind blown. Thanks.
LadyOfSorrows
This is not Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity-- she entered the Carmel in Dijon, France and was born in the late 1800's. She died in 1906. She was also a discalced Carmelite, and did not belong to an O.Carm. So...good question! I'm guessing she might be one of the foundresses as tnavarro mentioned.. Hinter dem Horizont
Us Quebecois, in Montreal Canada, just earned a Saint this year with Brother Andre! So, it's time for an American one, Jess. Maybe it will be you?
