For Safe Homecomings And Holiday Travel

Please pray for everyone who is out traveling this holiday season. In particular I'm thinking of my husband, who is set to come home from deployment within the next few weeks. For prayers for him and those he is with to have a safe journey home, as well as for the safety of those going overseas in their stead.

Also, if you could please pray for my sanity and anxiety as I await his arrival. I know the general date he told me he is to arrive, but a friend accidentally let it slip about an attempt on my husband's behalf to come home early, though that plan didn't work out. Our friend would have been picking him up and bringing him to me. Knowing there was once one chance, my heart and mind keeps trying to get their hopes up that he's going to show up on our doorstep weeks sooner than expected, though I am certain that this is not the reality of things.
