Troubles With Parents

My mom and I continue not to see eye to eye about family situations. I know that she's stressed about what she, dad, and I are going through and she is working 60 hours a week and may lose her contract in the spring because of how the flood from 2008 that still affects my town financially and she'll have to look for a new job. I'm confused about how to react to my dad's behavior and how to go about amending our relationship. He has made progress though.
