Car Trouble

As I was getting ready to head out to the Christmas party tonight, my car wouldn't start up. The battery is dead and I found out that the glove box light is draining it while the car is off. My dad had to pry open the glove box because the latch was stuck and wouldn't open. As a result, the glove box has had to be taped closed, but the light switch that is activated by the latch is constantly on since the latch is busted. Please pray that I can remove it easily tomorrow. I am hoping that is all that is wrong with my car and I will be able to jumpstart my battery. I cannot afford to replace anything right now since I'm unemployed.
