Transient Student Application

I have been really on edge and stressed out these last few days because I am trying really hard to fill out a transient student application so I can take a class in Spring 2011. To do this, I need to go to a website and fill out information so that my application can be approved. I've done it in the past. However, I forgot my login information and I have been having a lot of trouble trying to get someone to help me. The admin of the website told me to contact the school, and the school told me to contact the website admin. I have very little time to get it filled out.

I asked my mom to pick up the paper form tomorrow after work, but she is giving me a hard time. Please pray that I can get everything squared away really soon. I need to register ASAP for the class before they all get full.
