some people in leadership at the house church i used to go to came up with an elaborate lie to keep me from pursuing Catholicism any further. there's a number of other messed-up things that happened around that time, too. obviously, i left, on bad terms, and decided to never speak to the people behind that again. i'm in a lot of pain and have lost a lot of friends because of it. my health has suffered because of it, too and i'm pretty depressed. thankfully i have some friends who are there for me and one of them may be leaving the house church because of some things that happened there, including what occurred to me. so that's good. i'm just hurting a lot right now. i need your prayer.
