For My Wrist To Heal

My left middle finger has been twitching off and on for a while now and I was diagnosed several years ago with tendonitis. Years ago, I had tendonitis in my right arm, but lately it just feels like it is also in my left. Today, the twitching got worse and turned into cramping and spasming. My hand and wrist have been hurting all day even though I took Advil. I just decided to use an ACE bandage and wrapped my left wrist. I noticed it's a little swollen, which makes me really think it's tendonitis, because that is what my right arm used to do. Please pray that it heals. I cannot afford to see a doctor and I don't want it to get worse.
