I'm not sure why you want to go around collecting sperm, but that would be akin to going around collecting dead skin cells. Life is precious...but a new life does not begin until the sperm and egg unite to form a new being at conception. As for polygamy...I will just have to quote Jesus. "In the beginning, it was not so." He was commenting on the introduction of divorce into the Mosaic law, and had to explain to the people that God had not intended marriage to be that way. Marriage was described in the book of Genesis as: "And for that reason, a man shall leave his mother and father and cleave to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh." Wife. Not wives. People who think that sex is bad are wrong. People who think that you should have as much sex as possible are wrong. Sexual union is meant to mirror (in a small way) the divine relationship, and thus it is about commitment, love, fruitfulness and intimacy.
