IgnatiusofLoyola
a little flourish at the end
Perhaps something more along the lines of "Grant us thy peace" (or something similar) would have been more appropriate as a last line. Just a thought. I figure that either your brain had finally gone dead (because the rest of your litany was quite witty and clever), or you were so tired you allowed yourself to post your inner death wish towards MIKolbe on a public forum. However YOU feel, I'd like to keep MIKolbe around, and I suspect his wife and daughters feel that way (at least most of the time). If nothing else, I want to keep MIKolbe alive because I think that, with Addie's continued "training" of her father, MIKolbe has an excellent chance of greatly improving what is already excellent, and I want to see the results of Addie's always excellent work. IgnatiusofLoyola
are we still in the lame board?
You're here, and it's your thread, so I guess we are on the lame board. Since you apparently think my post above was lame (and I wouldn't necessarily disagree), then it was posted in exactly the right place. I told you not to underestimate me, philosopher boy. However, I called your MIKolbe litany "witty and clever" and meant it, so I'm not sure why you're posting mean stuff about my posts. I can be snarky, too, but I don't think it's that much fun, and I get tired and bored of it pretty quickly. (In fact I'm already bored.) I'd rather be witty, funny and nice, not snarky. However, other people like being snarky, and that's cool, because it's an important part of the Lame Board. So, I think I'll pull out for tonight. Personally, I think it was over-the-top and bizarre even for me, but hey that is what makes lamity go round and round, so I will sleep well tonight. grace and peace.
