rachael
So, I went into the local Coop with the shoes on, and I didn't get one word. But, I went walking into the station and within minutes I had comments from four people. They all loved them.

rachael
I think all my fellow hippies at the Coop were used to it.

Ephrem Augustine
in ninja school we had to do ninja training over thorns and thistles barefoot anyways, it develops a callous stronger and more natural then any plastic factory can develop, although i admire their feeble attempts to get near our ninja mastery of feet. Sarah147
Early March, I started jogging on a treadmill. 3 miles per minute, for 40 minutes (some of that walking warm-up/cool-down.) I started out at 30 minutes, then the second week I went up to 40 minutes; I'm hoping to make it to an hour without aching, which is what happened when I once tried an hour. 3mpm, 40 minutes. Is that considered pretty good? I'm really quite shocked to see myself jogging, as I never thought I could. I just have not been much for endurance/stamina. Outdoors is really hard as the incline gets me. On a treadmill, the incline is consistent and I get to break every 15 minutes for juice. AudreyGrace
our new physics teacher has these shoe things, but his are black. he wears them every single day. it's kind of weird seeing him stand in the hallway, curling his toes. but i wouldn't mind a pair.
