Nihil's reaction to his arranged marriage to M-T's daughter (who I hope hasn't been told about this yet) is pure Nihil. He is easily able to consider a relationship that, at minimum, is 6 years away, more like 10 years. (M-T's daughter really should finish college first.)

That is extreme squirrelly. Has Nihil been talking to Prince William?

One thing does strike me as odd. At least I was offering the possible company (her choice) of a 20-year old young woman who is old enough to have her own apartment next fall, and who is at least Nihil's intellectual equal, if not superior. (One point in her favor--she was raised in a town where LOTS of men have beards, so "beard or no beard" is unlikely to be the basis of her choice.)

On the other hand, M-T's daughter, while very pretty, and very intelligent, is still in junior high, and I doubt has been told of this arrangement. Must be a Southern thing. LOL However, like my niece, M-T's daughter also pitches fastpitch softball, so she is undoubtedly well able to take care of herself in any situation.

I also suspect M-T's family is a lot more fun than mine. Of course, I know NOTHING about M-T's family. But, any family has to be more fun than mine.

And my beloved daughter recently saw Nihil's picture on my facebook and wondered who the "hot guy" was. LOL She digs the beard, I guess. ;) She has quite excellent taste in the male species. However, Nihil will have to compete against the dear daughter's current boyfriend, a strapping lad of 12 who delights in buying her presents. Such a quandry.
